i do not know much about the family Ichneumonidae... but this one looks like a Gnamptopelta obsidianator, perhaps someone else could tell you for sure.

I belive you're right
Thanks so much for the help. This family of wasps has so many unidentified, that I guess I didn't check the current pics closely enough. It was distinctive and inactive.
