Tibicen resonans
Dividing the length of the image by 42 mm, and applying the same ratio to the head, it is 17 mm wide. This is wider than the head of T. auletes (14.5-16 mm) so I am guessing that you have T. resonans, one of the largest of the southern cicadas.
