and Ron & Bill & Blaine for checking this out. If at all possible I get clear shots of several views, but sometimes the bugs have something to say about that, and don't completely cooperate. I didn't get all the best views on this one, so thought it may not be ID'able. None-the-less, y'all still managed an ID, so that's pretty amazing.

I was thinking it kinda' looks like Megalostomis pyropyga, too. But I really don't see much iridescence in the photos, so I'm probably wrong and have withdrawn my comment.
