this appears to key straightforward to S. elongata (although the red head is somewhat troubling) No other Systena lists makes sense.

Systena blanda
using the same key I come to Systena blanda. The pronotum and head are light in my opinion (not black as in elongata); there is some frass on the pronotum but is basically yellowish brown with darker borders as typical for blanda
