ID for a bug? - Tollius

I took some photos of Bagrada Bugs (Bagrada hilaris) on California Buckwheat (Eriogonum fasciculatum var. foliolosum) at the Claremont Colleges' Bernard Field Station, and when I looked at them, I realized this bug was also in some of the photos. I'm afraid it's out of focus, as it wasn't the intended subject, but any information about its identity – even family – will be greatly appreciated!
