Claremont, Los Angeles County, California, USA
August 11, 2013
This bee fly was on California Buckwheat (Eriogonum fasciculatum var. foliolosum) at the Claremont Colleges' Bernard Field Station. I'm not sure what it is – perhaps Villa? Any information about its identity will be greatly appreciated!
