The Most Awesome Hopper. Ever. - Metaleptea brevicornis - Male
Valdosta, Lowndes County, Georgia, USA

Jeez, I kind of got a bugcrush on this hopper. It was so incredibly beautiful. Not sure of the species. Interestingly, this grasshopper took to my back patio, clinging to the window near the patio light. i'm used to a good number of bugs doing this, but not so much grasshoppers. Any ideas? Your help would be greatly appreciated!
