Hexagenia
Hi Seth-

This female subimago is of genus Hexagenia. As to species, although it may well be H. limbata, in many states and provinces in eastern half of N. America (including NY), it could also be H. rigida, and reliably differentiating between those two species requires microscopic examination of a male imago's genitalia.

Thanks
Very helpful.
