Unknown beetle - Neotibicen

Size: About 2"x1"
Found this unknown beetle on my porch. It was about the size of my thumb. A friend thought it was a Rhinoceros Beetle, but it doesn't look like any of the pictures I've found. Does anyone know what kind it might be?

Not a beetle
But the nymph of a cicada. It will climb up a tree and molt out to become an adult.
