Flame skimmer for California in October - Libellula saturata - female

Flame skimmer for California in October - Libellula saturata - Female
Peters Canyon, Orange, Orange County, California, USA
October 11, 2006
I'm fairly sure about this ID, but waffled due to the reduced "redness" in this specimen, specifically chalky body color and no large red areas in the wings.

Looks good
Amber along the leading edge of the wings and brown streak at the base. Neon female is supposed to have clear wings.

Thanks, Cliff
After our past discussions, I figured this was a faded oldie.
