Are you sure of your identification ? It sure look like
P. rostratus
, but I see something that look like a setal puncture on the 3rd interstrie of the left elytra.

don't have any setal puncture. I can be wrong; it's quit hard to see on a picture if it is really a setal punctature or anything else...

I posted another picture showing the other side of this beetle, and don't see a puncture there. It must have just had a mark in it's elytra on this one side.

Yes, on the other side I can't see any puncture, so it's praticaly sure that it is
