this little guy was hopping from place to place so out of about 10 shots im sorry to say this was the best.. I would love to know what he is.

Hm-m-m....
Until I read the part about it hopping, I thought this was obviously some kind of aphid. Now I suspect it is a psyllid, or "jumping plant louse," family Psyllidae. You might start there with a search on the internet. Would help to know what plant it came off of, as they tend to be very host-specific. No apologies necessary for the image:-)

 
Hm-m-m....
Well, since ive been home from school, I have found a some psyllid online that are a little like this one but nothing "right on" as of yet. I'll continue my search though, thank you for pointing me in the right direction :)
When I walked between a honeysuckle bush and a rhodendron this either flew or jumped on to the side of the house from one of those bushes. Here is another image it almost just like the other though,
