Male - Yellow-dusted Cream Moth
Note,
Scopula frigidaria
should not have those thick yellow lines. This looks like a male
Cabera erythemaria
. (northern) However, for this north-eastern location,
Gueneria similaria
is also a possibility.

This looks like
Cabera erythemaria
to me too. At high resolution it appears that the antennae are pectinate which should eliminate
Gueneria similaria
which has simple antennae per per Rindge (1956). I can't see this at low res especially given the background but at high res it is pretty visible. A crop at full res would be nice to see for full confirmation. I don't know if
frigidaria
males have pectinate antennae but BOLD has several dozen images and all seem to have simple antennae.

Yes
As far as I know, none of the males in the genus
Scopula
have long pectines on the antnnae.
