Dragonfly - Sympetrum danae

Dragonfly - Sympetrum danae
Moose Lake, Carlton County, Minnesota, USA
August 2, 2013
Any ID for this dragonfly? It look very familier, but I just can't place it. About the size of a Skimmer dragonfly. Thanks.

Moved
Moved from Dragonflies.

Black Meadowhawk
An immature.

Strange, we can't place it
We originally thought Whiteface, Leucorrhinia but couldn't pin it down. Now we wonder if it might be a Striped Meadowhawk. Larry may recognize it.

EDIT: Looks like pallipes doesn't make it to Minnesota. Here's Odonata Central's map
