The following characters indicate this is P. marginata: hyaline discal cell; conspicuous yellowish-white humeral (dash-like) spots; red scutellum; and the pollinose marking on the pleura (=side of thorax) between the wing-base and the top of middle leg...triangular below and narrowly linear above.

This can be seen to be a female, from the bulge below the 4th and 5th sternites (the theca).
