Darker Diacme Moth - Diacme adipaloides
Plainsboro Preserve, Middlesex County, New Jersey, USA
August 25, 2013
This moth was found one morning at Plainsboro Preserve, one of the sanctuaries of the New Jersey Audubon Society. The lights stay on all night and attract a good assortment of moths. Surrounding habitats include farmland, marsh, and forest, with a large lake as well.

Presence of a basal line on the hindwing indicates that this is adipaloides rather than elealis.
