They are much easier to tell apart from the top side,
and males tend to be easier than females. And, they are easier in real life than from photos (for one thing they tend to behave differently - often it is much easier to approach an Orange-barred than a Cloudless, and Orange-barred are usually bigger).
However, I think this is a female Cloudless Sulphur. For one thing, I don't think I've ever seen an Orange-barred Sulphur with green veining like this one has, but it is common on Cloudless Sulphurs.

Maybe Orange barred?
I have a hard time with this one. The cloudless sulfurs in my area don't have near the defined markings and are usually a paler yellow with pink head...but if it were an Orange-Barred, I would think we might see a hint of the orange showing through on forewing. If only we had one of the elusive top side shots!
