Adult came to night light. ID was made by examining the specimen that was sent to Madison, WI.

Hate to be a wet blanket
but this photo shows up blue with blue fringes on my monitor. My monitor is calibrated and it seems to show realistic colors, thus I don't believe the problem is with me.
variolaria
is a shining white moth with tiny grey flecks on the wing. I'm not questioning the ID just the color of the moth.
