other wasps
I know we have S. jamaicensis but those are further south and look different, I have photographed them before. Their abdomens are also all red, I figured this was the more common one, I can check my Sphecid Wasps of the World until an expert can help ID it further.

dorsalis
isn't found in FL? I don't know--but if you're certain of the ID after further research, you're free to move the images yourself. I tend to err on the side of caution. :)
