Expanse: 25-29 mm. (1)
Identification
The only Nearctic species of the genus Udea with the dark outlined reniform and orbicular according to Richard Mally, Senckenberg, Natural History Collections, Dresden, Germany, Museum of Zoology, Section Lepidoptera.
Range
Scattered records in western North America. (2), (3)
Season
The adults appear to be most common in July and August. (3)
