Stenacron
Hi Bob,

As was thought (and articulated) Vassily Belov, I also believe this male imago to be of genus Stenacron.

Although I am not aware of any Stenacron species having been previously recorded for Maryland, it is not particularly surprising, as (6) Stenacron species have been recorded for neighboring Pennsylvania.

thinking, Stenacron [male imago]; nice shot!
