These seem to vary a lot, but it looks a lot like
Eumenes crucifera
to me...

I think you're right
Eumenes at any rate, and not E. fraternus whose wings are much darker. There are at least two different specimens, because this one is a female individual, while 3rd and 4th from the right show a male (of the same species).
