Similar to Banded Garden but have seen no pictures featuring Ritz-cracker type 'sac' which is not pointed like the Cat Faced.

Can't quite make out the pattern on the dorsal abdomen
but with those legs we would suggest The Shamrock, Araneus trifolium

That looks like her ilk. Hadn't run across that name or photos in my brief search. The online ID guides I've seen aren't geared to selecting her most prominent feature. Thanks for the help.
