United States: Alaska, California, Colorado, Idaho, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oregon, South Dakota, Utah, Washington, Wyoming.

Specimen record from Alabama is regarded as "probably mislabelled or switched"(1) (internal citation omitted), and therefore omitted from this list.
