6977 - Prochoerodes truxaliata
I sent the photo to Cliff Ferris (author of recent revion of Tetracis) who responded:

"It's one of the phenotypes of Prochoerodes truxaliata. This species is rather variable geographically in habitus and I wouldn't be surprised if careful barcoding showed sibling species. I have specimens that are an exact match to your photo."
