At or near Platynus decentis
looking afar of course. I believe "Platynus indecentis", also in PA, appears superficially the same.

Looks more like P. decentis t
Looks more like P. decentis to me; the laterobasal area of the pronotum on P. indecentis is nearly flat, not deeply impressed, and impunctate. The former species commonly overwinters under bark in forested areas; the latter will be under bark on logs in bogs and marshes.
