Mymaridae - Anaphes - male

Mymaridae - Anaphes - Male
Abbotsford, British Columbia, Canada
September 3, 2013
Size: .6 mm
This wasp was running around on my canoe, which happens to be a busy place for small insects in the evening. It's a wisp of a wasp that would seem impossible to find but for the plain, light colored background against which it stood out.

body length = .6 mm, head to tip of wing approx. .9 mm, antennae approx. .9 mm
