if it really crawled out of the house
and didn't just land there, then you have pideon tremex in the boards and she is will get rid of them for you..probably just lit there tho
she doesnt sting.thats an ovipositor

Tremex in Lumber
Tremex
can emerge from green lumber, but it doesn't lay eggs in anything but intact trees. Even a brand new house wouldn't be built with green lumber, so this
