Euhyloptera?
Lois O'Brien tells me that this is a new species and possibly a new genus, but she needs to compare specimens with the ones described from the Caribbean (that are smaller, more like Cyarda). For now, let's call it Euhyloptera, based on overall shape, with the proviso that it needs checking.
