Wandering Glider [pantala flavescens] maybe
I'm not an expert, just a dabbler, but by the posture of this dragonfly, I'd say Wandering Glider, plus it fits the general description I know and looks like a photo I took in Florida. I hope you get a second opinion ~ nice photo!
