Patience
Moving photos all around the guide accomplishes very little. Images in any given section are displayed in the reverse of the order in which they were first posted to BugGuide, so all you've accomplished with this move is placing your photo at the very back of ID Request, where it will only be seen by a few editors looking to file things away. The best approach is to place your photos at the most specific level you are certain of and wait patiently for someone who is knowledgeable about that group to take a look.

Maybe for now your skipper can keep this one of mine company:

Thanks
Will heed this advice in future and I appreciate your putting it in the spread-wing skippers.
(I put it back into id request this time because it occurred to me recently that it might be something more specific than what I'd tried before and, also, before it seemed as though it was just staying in one place too long. So I guess it was patience I had lacked.(It looks like you've had much more patience than I, with your skipper.))

Unk. Skipper
Could this be a Pyrgus communis - Common Checkered Skipper, kinda unusual?
