Cloudless Sulphur
This is a female Cloudless Sulphur (Phoebis sennae). I don't think I've ever seen the dorsal view of a living Cloudless Sulphur (for more than a split second) -- cool!

I got lucky.
The reason I got this shot is because the butterfly had just emerged from her chrysalis. She wasn't quite ready for flying, so when I gently moved her to the blue container lid, she started slowly flapping her wings. I took the opportunity to snap a dozen or so shots and hoped I got at least one open wing image. It's not perfect by any means, but it at least shows what the butterly looks like with its wings open.

Thank you!
These are every where outside my house along with about six other species of butterflies and I've never seen the dorsal view for more then one second.
