Tiny Yellow and Black Striped Fly - Thaumatomyia glabra

Size: tiny
This tiny fly was hanging out on a leaf about 18 inches above the ground, almost too small to see any detail with the naked eye. Looking at the photos, this is a very beautiful and colorful bug! Can anyone tell me what this is? Thanks in advance.
