I'd almost forgotten all about these. Minute pirate bug? Very common on sycammore.

Good to finally have a name for these guys ... all the more better that it's a new genus for the guide.
Thanks also for the distinction re: the brachypterous adults as well; going back through my files I see that I did also take photos of the actual reddish nymphs as well so I will post one of those shortly.
