. ID'd from specimen, now a photo-voucher. Thanks Tom!
Fairly widespread species. Evans's types were from Concord and Lexington MA.
Size is about 2.8 mm.

A female of Holepyris
In fact, the most important difference between Epyris and Holepyris is shape of clypeus. Unfortunately, I cannot find the clypeus in this picture, but the overall shape of this wasps looks like as a female of Holepyris species.
