I saw a similarly colored millipede in Treman Park.
The shape of the yellow is slightly different. Mine has a bulge along midline, yours has smooth bands.

Many species
Polydesmida is an order of millipedes containing many species. This is probably in family Xystodesmidae, containing mostly strongly marked species. There are probably no more than 2-3 yellow and black species from Upstate New York, but I have trouble telling them apart.
