Look at the string of terms above the pic...
Reading from right to left, you'll see that it's in the genus Cordyligaster, which is in the tribe Sophiini, which is in the subfamily Dexiinae, which is in the family Tachinidae. So it's a Tachinid fly. Check the Info tab on any of those pages for more information.
