Moved from Tegenaria. With the recent transfer of most of our Tegenaria to the genus Eratigena, just wanted to move this one from the Tegenaria genus section, and E. agrestis seems right to me.

Overall...
it appears to be a Hobo. The proof would be in the details, the eye pattern (almost straight rows, relatively close set) is distinctive for the genus (Tegenaria). The pattern of the sternum helps in splitting the species. The epigynum of T. agrestis is the most telling feature, a good macro shot will usually be sufficient.
