Libellulidae
This is a middle instar dragonfly larva, family Libellulidae. It appears that it may be Pachydiplax longipennis (can't be sure because I can not see the dorsum of its abdomen). This species is a common "first invader" of temporary water bodies, such as puddles - and pots filled with water

that is a dragonfly naiad, the middle stage of dragonfly development (egg, naiad, adult). I am not good enough to tell you the species, but what you are looking at will eventually emerge from the water, molt the exoskeleton and after a few hours, fly away as an adult dragonfly. hope it helps! =)
