Subgenus Litomegachile per Robbin Thorp. Also found this Coelioxys in the same area. Litomegachile is one of the host groups of Boreocoelioxys (per Robbin Thorp):

but do you have another suggestion? Of course, I should take a specimen next time. Sure would like to learn the subgenera of this genus.

 
Looks like subgenus Xanthosarus (cf. perihirta)
doesn't resemble subgenus Litomegachile
