This doesn't look like O. pini to me.

Given the expertise of the IDer,
I hesitate to disagree. Possibly there's something they saw that is not apparent to you or I.

It is an unusual specimen -- either teneral or aged -- so ID is difficult. There is a tinge of rust to the head, but at the same time, those dark slashes on the wings are not seen in O. pini females.
