Female Tibicen pronotalis
The coloration appears to be that of the Walker's cicada, Tibicen pronotalis. Superbus has an extreme lack of black patterning on the thorax.

Agreed, T. pronotalis walkeri
Oh, wait... They
aren't Walker's cicadas anymore
per Dr. Hamilton??? Sanborn still has them listed as a separate species in a recent 2013 publication, "Biogeography of the Cicadas (Hemiptera: Cicadidae) of North America, North of Mexico."
But, I digress.
Be that as it may, I do believe this is a first on Bugguide for a
T. pronotalis (walkeri)
from Ohio.
