Schreckensteinia
This most likely is
Schreckensteinia erythriella
. The apparent white band at 1/4 forewing length might be a rubbed spot; this species usually doesn't have a white mark in that area.

That struck me as well
I noticed it in the thumbnail and wanted to make sure this wasn't
Cycloplasis
. It's definitely correctly identified, and I'm thinking the blur is actually the left hindleg, way out of focus.
