probably Chilocorus cacti, could be Axion plagiatum
A ventral (underside) photo is necessary to tell the two species apart where the range overlaps. They are closely related - both are in subfamily Chilocorinae.

The overall gestalt of this beetle is more A. plagiatum to me - the nearly A-frame dome shape, vs. the smoother/rounder dome of C. cacti - but I can't say for sure without a ventral photo.

C. cacti would be my thought also

Added more photos. Judging by details of the shape of the spots, this is the same individual. I took more photos since I had better light. These are all hand held with no flash.

Chilocorus
Or maybe it's something in Chilocorus?

I have no idea how to tell lady beetles apart.

Chilocorus, yes
