Which Entylia? - Entylia carinata

Which Entylia? - Entylia carinata
Near Ruraldale, Upshur County, West Virginia, USA
July 20, 2005
Looking at other identified images, I see mention that E. carina has a semi-circular notch (but mine doesn't seem semi-circular) and that E. concisa has a larger front process (but the one in my photo isn't very tall).

So what have I got, E. carina, E. concisa, or one of the other two species listed at Nearctica.com but which aren't here on BugGuide? ID help appreciated.

Here's another photo from the same sunflower plant:

Entylia carinata
E. concisa is a more southerly form (subspecies?) of Entylia carinata.
