I support Donalds opinion
To me, Falagria sp. seems the only possibility to place this one. Characteristics: slender legs and antennae, constrictions between head, pronotum, elytra and abdomen, and deeply sulcate pronotum.

Staphylinidae: Aleocharinae
Not a pselaphine - all but very few have distinctly clubbed antennae. This one reminds me of Falagria due to the longitudinally sulcate pronotal disc, but I try not to know too much about this subfamily.

Ok! I didn't know that they have Aleocharinae of this shape. I'll be more cautious next time...

Pselaphinae
It's a member of the subfamilly Pselaphinae, but I can't go further in the identification...
