Can't find this one. Maybe Scoparia? but none seems to match. Thanks to anyone who can help!

Good eye Ann- Thanks! I think you are correct. The moth is a good match. Not being able to find this one has bothered me. In addition, the original description here http://biodiversitylibrary.org/page/8190247 is consistent with size (15 mm wingspan) and the large eye. The geography is also right.
