Lasioglossum (Dialictus)
It's definitely a Dialictus female. The dense pubescence on the abdomen is characteristic of L. pilosum. The face looks somewhat elongate which is also typical of L. pilosum. This species is fairly common in southern Ontario. Of course, Dialictus IDs should be taken with a grain of salt. L. pruinosum also has a long face and dense abdominal pubescence...

Stigma looks too dark for pruinosum
I think it's dead on for leucocomum which usually has whiter abdominal hairs and a paler stigma than pilosum

Lasioglossum.
This is, I believe, a female bee in the genus Lasioglossum, family Halictidae. You might want to wait for confirmation from John Ascher, or Doug Yanega, though:-)
