Unknown caterpillar - Chloridea virescens

Unknown caterpillar - Chloridea virescens
Mathews County, Virginia, USA
September 25, 2013
Size: Maybe 10-12 mm or so.
Found on Autumn Sedum blossoms. I thought maybe it was a Fall Armyworm - Spodoptera frugiperda or a Tobacco Budworm - Heliothis virescens but yet there seem to be differences. Would appreciate any help in IDing it! Thanks in advance.

Looks like something in Heliothinae
Could certainly be Heliothis virescens
