Weeping Willow Leaf Mine [=Coptodisca? saliciella??] ID Request - Coptodisca saliciella

Weeping Willow Leaf Mine [=Coptodisca? saliciella??] ID Request - Coptodisca saliciella
Herring Run Watershed, Baltimore City County, Maryland, USA
September 28, 2013
Observed on a weeping Salix sp.

Until I noticed a couple evacuated mines on the Willow tree growing in the back yard, which I examine quite regularly, these slipped my attention. Are Coptodisca saliciella mines characteristically small and non-descript?

Moved
Moved from Unidentified Leaf Mines.
I've seen a willow Stigmella that is similarly small and nondescript, if not more so. But these are typically inconspicuous until they are complete and vacated.
